Lumio Tennis Coach can connect to the Google, Microsoft 365 or Apple iCloud account you already use, so your coaching diary lives where you look for it and your emails arrive from you — not from a software company your players have never heard of. Connecting is optional, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings.
Your bookings, in your calendar
Every lesson and camp you put in Lumio is written into your own calendar, and stays in step when you move or cancel it. We also read your existing busy times so the booking calendar cannot offer a slot you are not free for. Sync is one-way — we never import your calendar's own events into Lumio.
Emails that come from you
Booking confirmations, camp information and lesson write-ups send from your own address, so a parent recognises the sender and can simply hit reply. Lumio only ever sends the messages you or your players trigger — it does not send anything on its own.
What we never do
We do not read your inbox. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or hand it to anyone else. Access is held on UK servers, used only for the features you switch on, and revoked the moment you disconnect the account.
